Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER
The user who purchases a membership/subscription through PMSim; they become a party with the first name, last name and contact details they declare during registration and on the purchase form.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties, pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, in relation to the sale and performance of the 180-day digital PMP® exam simulator access subscription ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website pmsim.net.

3. Product and Price Information

The type of the product (Turkish set / English set), its duration (180 days) and its sale price are clearly shown to the BUYER on the payment screen before the order is confirmed, and the BUYER is deemed to have accepted this information by confirming the payment. Payment is collected by credit/debit card through the iyzico infrastructure.

4. Performance and Delivery

As the product is a digital service, there is no physical delivery; following approval of the payment, access to the relevant question set is activated instantly in the BUYER's account. For details, see the Delivery and Refund Terms page.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal in contracts concerning intangible goods/services performed instantly in an electronic environment and delivered instantly to the BUYER. The BUYER accepts this before confirming the payment.

6. Entry into Force

By completing the purchase, the BUYER declares that they have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
