Delivery and Refund Terms

1. Nature of the Product

The product offered for sale through PMSim is not a physical good; it is an exam simulator access service delivered digitally and instantly for a period of 180 days (a Turkish or English question set subscription).

2. Delivery

The moment payment is approved through the iyzico infrastructure, access to the relevant question set is automatically granted to the user's account, and the user can start taking exams as soon as they sign in. There is no shipping or physical delivery; no delivery fee is charged.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Its Exception

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason. However, pursuant to article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in contracts concerning services performed instantly in an electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. By confirming the purchase, the user accepts that access to the question set is granted instantly and that the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to this product.

4. Refund Requests

In exceptional cases, such as being completely unable to access the purchased content due to a technical fault, a request may be submitted to the contact address below for assessment. Refunds approved as a result of that assessment are made using the same method as the original payment.
